Today’s lifestyles makes it easy for people to get lazy. What with jobs that require sitting at a desk for long hours every day and TV screens at home that tempt one to sit or lie down on the couch catching up with some favorite match or world news? Modern living makes a sedentary lifestyle the norm.
Strength training for girls a perfectly sculpted body with lean muscles and optimal curves is the most cherished dream of every woman. Some are blessed with a fabulous body while others need little efforts to regain their fabulous look. Unfortunately, there is a myth that women don’t need to be strong, and strength training will make them look like Arnold Schwarzenegger. But just like any person who needs strength, women have to carry their grocery bags, lift babies and perform other activities in their routine life. They do need a fit and healthy body.
Despite a slightly higher carbohydrate intake yesterday which came in at 43 net carbs, I ate a good quantity of healthy saturated fats. I have had a couple of intermittent fasting days of late and I was craving fat in a big way. In addition to my proteins and veggies, I included a wide variety of cheeses and bigger quantities of butter and kefir made with cream.
